What we will need:

1 Your videos. Best quality you have. Best quality in = the best quality out.

2 We will send you a form to help organize your video and provide us with the start of each clip

3 You will be asked for a max of 5 clips to be first on your highlight video. (coaches need to see your best first to stay engaged)

4 On the form you will list the first clips in order of importance

5 You will name the clip and what video it is from (your media files will need to be clearly labeled)

6 We will put together a 3-7 minute highlight reel of your clips that will include a stats page, contact info, arrows to locate you in each clip as needed. (in skills videos like pitching or golfing its pretty obvious)

7 Fill in the form with all appropriate information.

8 Once your media is received (typically by mail flash drive, usb HD, DVD) we will review your requirements and contact you with any questions. (only media requesting return will be returned)

9 When we have what we need we will send a payment request to your phone or email. When deposit is received we will begin.

10 We will share video with you for your review.

11  Once approved we will request final payment. Once received we will supply you with your complete video link and you will be ready to start showing coaches
